If you were to continue indefinitely on Phase 1 and deny yourself these foods, you would not be learning how to make good food choices in the real world. More importantly, you'd be missing out on some of the best medicine nature has to offer. In addition, if you were to continue with the smaller palette of foods recommended on Phase 1, your diet would get dull over the long haul. And once you're bored, you're much more likely to revert to your old eating habits. For the diet to truly become a lifestyle--one that allows you to sustain weight loss and garner all the related health benefits--there has to be variety and satisfaction in your eating plan. That's another reason why we move you on to Phase 2 so quickly. Remember, it may take you longer to lose weight by following the three phases of our diet. But the chances of keeping that weight off are far better. Can I still eat as much protein now that I'm eating more carbohydrates on Phase 2? As you know, on the South Beach Diet, we don't expect you to count grams of protein or weigh your food on any phase. Now that you're gradually adding satisfying high-fiber whole grains and fruits to your diet on Phase 2, you'll naturally be less hungry, and the amount of lean protein you require to feel full will no doubt be less than you were eating on Phase 1. That said, I encourage you to eat some protein--fish or shellfish, lean beef or pork, white meat chicken or turkey, or soy protein, for example--along with these good carbs at most meals. Protein helps slow down the digestion of carbohydrates, which means that your body will make less insulin, your sugar swings will be reduced, and you won't crave more food in between meals. I also urge you to eat slowly, savor your food, and really enjoy the variety of foods you'll introduce on Phase 2. If you do this, your focus will no longer be on how much protein you can have because you'll never be hungry. Another tip: Once you're satisfied, push your chair away from the table. It's fine to leave some food on your plate at the end of a meal. Can I really eat anything I want on Phase 3? If you're talking about dessert as an occasional treat, of course. On Phase 3, we don't regulate what you can eat. Yes, you can finally have that small bowl of ice cream or a small piece of chocolate cake or the white bagel that you couldn't have before. But you shouldn't do it too often, and you should continue to watch amounts on desserts. Phase 3 isn't about abandoning the good principles of the diet and suddenly resuming your old eating habits. If there's anything here you don't know, then you really haven't cared enough to pay attention. Fortunately, the book puts the basic information together in interesting ways. The recipes for dishes like pizza provencal, portobello mushroom panini, and gingered shrimp emphasize the idea that watching your caloric intake doesn't mean living without delicious food. And the exercise programs draw the distinction between exercising for general health and longevity and doing so for weight loss--a fine point that's often missed in mass-marketed fitness advice. Mostly, though, this is a book about changing attitudes, about going from predominantly negative feelings about your body and your health to positive ones. Weight loss is a part of the equation for many women, but much more important is feeling a sense of control over one's body and one's health. la dure realité chez weight watchers
Avantages : repas tres equilibrés, on peut manger de tout
Inconvénients : assez onéreux, demande énormément de rigueur
...Depuis 5 mois chez weight watchers, j'ai déja perdu 5 kilos, doucement mais surement !!! ...mais quel travail cérébral de devoir compter régulierement ses points!
Je trouve que c'est u excellent programme alimentaire que l'on peut vraiment manger de tout et savoir l'adapter a notre quotidien...par contre lorsqu'il y a des événements importants, tels anniversaires, mariages ou rien deplus simple qu'un départ en vacances, on est tout de suite stressée!
On commence donc a se préparer la veille voire meme quelques jours avant...et arriver au jour meme on craque toujours sur le bon petit gateau en se disant : il est tout petit celui la, il ne comptera rien!!! et bien sur on se trompe!!
Donc je le conseille vivement mais a vraiment se mentaliser que si on suit ce programme le jour ou on arrete...nos petits amis les kilos reviennent petit a...

LES INFORMATIONS NUTRITIONNELLES
Pour 100 g :
- valeur énergétique 109 kcal
- protéines 4,8 grammes
- glucides 15,1 grammes
- lipides 3,2 grammes.
Ils annoncent en gros sur le paquet 3,2 % de matières grasses soit 60 % de moins qu'une crème aux oeufs saveur vanille disponible dans le commerce.
Ceci correspond à 2 points dans le régime Weigt Watchers ce qui est très bien.
C'est fabrique par SENOBLE tiens, sous licence WEIGHT WATCHERS.
DEGUSTATION :
J'ouvre, c'est joliment doré, ça sent délicatement la vanille.
Je plonge ma cuillére dedans, il y a comme de l'eau au fond (en fait ça a un petit peu goût à la vanille, mais c'est de la flotte).
La créme se tient bien, est un peu épaisse et légérement granuleuse mais au goût, je ne...

Régime Weight Watchers nouvelle formule
Avantages : Formule alimentaire souple

...Je me suis enfin décidée à aller à l'antenne Weight Watchers la plus proche de mon domicile pour une raison simple : j'ai pris quelques kilos !
Je suis très satisfaite de l'accueil et de la formule amincissante proposée : on peut manger de tout, tout est comptabilisé d'une façon très simple, par point. Pas d'inconvénient pour la vie de famille, tout se mange à condition de respecter un taux de point au jour et de limiter l'apport en alcool et en sucre.
Il est aussi parfois intéressant de rester aux réunions du jour, on apprend des petits trucs et en plus la pesée se fait très discrétement.
C'est fini, on ne vous fait pas réciter devant tout le monde votre poids perdu ou repris, ni commenter ou juger les manies des autres.
Je conseille vivement Weight Watchers aussi bien aux biens portants qu'aux personne comme moi qui ne doivent...

Du nouveau chez Weight Watchers:Flexipoints

...Il y a un an j'ai fait un régime sans aucune aide de personne et 'ai réussi à perdre 16kgs en 6mois!!
Lorsque j'ai rencontré mon coapin la galère a commencer car je ne m'aperçevait pas que profiter d ela gastronomie française faisait autant grossir car hélas en moins de tps qu'il ma fallu pour les perdre j'ai repris tous mes kilos et meme plus car +18kgs!!
A ce moment là, il faut prendre une décision donc c'est ma mère qui ma proposer cette méthode qui quand elle y a participer à peru 7kgs en 4mois!!
Je me suis dit pourquoi pas mais le prix mais freinait quand meme!!Donc je me suis dit qui ne tente rien n'a rien donc je me suis lancée dans cette nouvelle aventure et puis la rentrée c'est aussi de nouvelles résolutions!!
Alors la nouveautés d ela rentrée pour Weight Watchers c'est flexipoints qui consiste à être encore plus...

...Aujourdh'hui j'aimerais vous parler d'un régime alimentaire complet en qui j'ai toute confiance.
Aprés avoir mis au monde mon petit dernier je décida donc d'essayer de perdre ces facheux kilos qui avaient biens pris leur place.
Mais mon gros problème c'etait de devoir aller vers les autres.
Avec plus de 30 Kilos pris en si peu de temps mon regard sur moi avait changé et celui des autres me rendait malade.

SUPER WEIGHT WATCHERS

...jaune pâle très joli aspect, très onctueux. Çà donne vraiment envie de la déguster, sens attendre une minute.
Pour manger ses yaourts il faut absolument aimer le goût de citron, car il est très très présent dans ce yaourt.
Le goût de citron est super, c'est divin de savourer ses yaourts qui très agréable a mangé.
Je dirais de ce yaourt qui est moelleux avec un côté aciduler et un côté sucré. Mes papilles se régale de savourer ce délicieux yaourt.
Pour ceux qui font le programme WEIGHT WATCHERS çà fait 2 points.

Les points économisés Weight Watchers
Avantages : Plus on se bouge plus on peut manger

...Comme je vous l'expliquais dans la méthode Weight Watchers vous avez un certains nombres de points a consommer et a ne pas depasser suivant votre poids si vous voulez maigrir.
Ainsi une personne de 71 a 80 kilos devra consommer 20 points pour maigrir.
Mais chez Weight Watchers, il y a une façon de consommer un peu plus de points en cas de fringale ou de sorties et ou les points autorisés ne suffisent pas : ce sont les Points Bonus.
Ils partent pour une base de 15 mn, ce qui fait que si vous faites une demi heure d'exercices vous aurez deux fois plus de points.
Par exemple pour 1/4 d'heure de gymnastique vous gagnez 1 point.
C'est toujours bon a prendre.......

Stracciatella Weight Watchers: peut mieux faire!
Avantages : goût du yahourt agréable, produit actuellement remboursé
Inconvénients : copeaux de chocolat sans saveur
...par rapport à d'autres produits du même genre... Rares sont les produits "parfaits" et celui-ci ne déroge pas à la règle!
J'ouvre donc mon pot de Weight Watchers pour découvrir ce yahourt stracciatella: je plonge ma cuillère et de prime abord je trouve la texture assez "liquide", moins crémeuse que d'autres recettes que j'ai pu tester. Mais moi, j'aime assez car cela donne un petit dessert assez léger, frais, moins "pesant" sur l'estomac que certains produits stracciatella qu'on retrouve chez toutes les grandes marques de laitages (comme les crèmes de yahourt de Danone).
Cet effet est renforcé par le goût pas très sucré pour un dessert de ce type (n'oublions pas qu'on est chez Weigth Watchers!) que j'apprécie, pas de risque d'écoeurement.
A ce niveau de la dégustation, tout va bien!
Mais là où ça se gatte si j'ose dire, c'est concernant les...

****PRESENTATION****
La présentation est classique pour ceux qui connaissent la marque et ses repas surgelés.
C'est une boîte cartonnée où apparaît la marque bien en évidence.
Vous y trouvez aussi les spécificités de Weight Watchers : le côté allégé, le régime à points ...
Et bien sûr tout ce que vous voulez (ou ne voulez pas) savoir sur ce plat : composition, infos nutritionnelles...
La boîte de ce plat en particulier est jaune avec une photo bien appétissante d'une assiette représentant des tagliatelles couleur orange , des petites noix de Saint-Jacques, des petits-pois, des morceaux de courgettes .
Reste à voir si la réalité correspond à la photo car c'est loin d'être toujours le cas, je l'ai remarqué à mes dépens !
